Quote, Price and Payment
1.1 A Customer Quote is valid for a maximum period of 30 (Thirty) days from the date of issue.
1.2 The price payable is the price specified in the Order Information. ( Will send it to you after you agreed on the price). Unless otherwise Stipulated by CTSI, the total purchase price is due and payable at the time of order.
1.3 GST and PST (if applicable) will be charged and will reflect on the quotation.
Product Returns and Warranty
2.1 1(one) year warranty on Parts
2.2 One Month return Policy.
Delivery
3.1 CTSI will deliver your order to the location specified in the Order Confirmation after receiving payment.
